Summary:  Attorney Michele Hansen has practiced law for many years, and gives copious amounts of time to the community through her many charitable endeavors.  Michele has a dedication to community service, as evidenced by her deep involvement with both the Family Law Committee of Prince George's County and The Legal Aid Bureau.  She has authored several articles, including Adoption, After the New Rules and the Preparation of Qualified Medical Support Orders. Michele Hansen is also a member of the Frederick, Montgomery and Charles County Bar Associations. She is married with one child, living on a small farm in Frederick County, Maryland, with her husband, where she raises and rides horses. In her past, attorney Hansen taught Secondary School (her Master's degree is in education) and she served some years as a regional planner and lobbyist for the Southern Maryland Counties. She is currently reinstituing a Family law Clinic, with the assistance of several other attorneys, and teaches family law to new practitioners for the clinic.
